Calculating sales taxes in the US is really complicated. There is well over 20,000 jurisdictions that regulate sales tax on a state level and local level. We do our best to make a precise calculation before you place an order with us and we usually get it right.
If we're not correct with our calculation, here's what happens:
- If we underestimate the tax (the real tax is higher than what we told you) we'll pay for the difference. You won't have to pay extra.
- If we overestimate the tax (the real tax is lower or zero) we'll automatically refund you the difference to your Alagoria balance once the order is placed.
Each retailer has it's own Shipping Costs and it can vary for different destinations and items, we try to estimate it and usually get it right.
